This was part funded by Didcot Powerhouse Fund Support our work within schools to assist young people making the transition from Primary school to Secondary school. The work included Workshops in school, Leavers Lunches and Games and Streetwork to meet young people from their bus during the first few weeks. Some of which couldn’t be captured in pictures.
